We know *many* bands are interested in, or even limited to, a Friday performance slot. For practical reasons, we are limited to eight performance slots on Friday evening. The enrollment form, when open, will allow you to indicate if your band can only perform on Friday, only Saturday, or some combination of the two.

Generally, we assign performance slots based on enrollment order and preferences. That said, we reserve the right to assign slots in a manner that allows the greatest number of bands to participate. We ask directors please be aware that most bands will be placed in Saturday performance slots, given the limited number of Friday performance slots.

*We will take this into consideration as much as possible, but cannot guarantee that your performance time will be in the window you select. Selecting only one performance window does not guarantee that performance window and performance times will be based on registration timestamps and our ability to accommodate as many ensemble as possible.

Saturday, 5:00-9:00 PM is the only open time slot at this time.

Title One School Discount

Please visit Illinois Report Card, enter your school name, click Accountability from the menu, then click Title I Status. Please copy the url for that page into this box to verify your Title I Status for the $50 discount. If this is not possible, a letter from your school principal stating that the low-income population of your school is 40% or great must be sent to cvanderw@psd202.org to qualify for the discount.
