We know *many* bands are interested in, or even limited to, a Friday performance slot. For practical reasons, we are limited to eight performance slots on Friday evening. The enrollment form, when open, will allow you to indicate if your band can only perform on Friday, only Saturday, or some combination of the two.

Generally, we assign performance slots based on enrollment order and preferences. That said, we reserve the right to assign slots in a manner that allows the greatest number of bands to participate. We ask directors please be aware that most bands will be placed in Saturday performance slots, given the limited number of Friday performance slots.

Please select all times you are available for a performance. Selecting only one performance window does not guarantee that performance window and will be based on registration timestamps and our ability to accommodate all ensembles.
